The department celebrates Halloween!

Fall 2022

What's the best way to reinvigorate spirits leading into the latter half of Fall? A department-wide Physics & Astronomy Halloween party!

Faculty, staff, and graduate students enjoyed a fun lunch, photo shoot, evening game night, and costume contest. One lab group did Star Wars, while others were wizards, mushrooms, and other creative and inspired costumes!

It's great to see that a large part of our community joined in celebrating the holiday, and are looking forward to celebrating Thanksgiving next!

Special thanks go out to Dallar Babaian, Deepesh Sigdel, and Susan Korn for coordinating and planning everything.
